As an Entry Level Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the company. You will work closely with senior project managers and various teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
- Help track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure that project milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Support the project manager in identifying and addressing project risks or issues.
- Assist with the management of project scope, ensuring deliverables meet client or stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
- Help coordinate project meetings, take notes, and track action items.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of project proposals and reports.
- Ensure all project-related tasks are completed according to quality standards and deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management and desire to learn about managing projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to solve problems and think critically under pressure.
- High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or experience in project management or a related field.
