We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our products and services.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, product guides, and FAQs.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather information and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand content.
Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Organize and structure content in a logical and user-friendly manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing.

Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Docusaurus, or similar.
Familiarity with API documentation and tools like Swagger or Postman.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Background in UX writing or instructional design.
Knowledge of SEO principles for online documentation.
